What is the difference between a product key and a license key?

The product key is a disposable license and it usually comes from QNAP distributors. Once it is used on a QNAP NAS or QNAP License Manager website, it will be revoked during a license key generation.
Tip:You can tell if it is a product key or license key by the first letter.
- The first letter of the product key is P
- The first letter of the license key is L.
