What should I do if I receive the messages about removing my device from myQNAPcloud service?

There are two kinds of messages regarding removing the device from myQNAPclould service.
Message #1
We're writing to you because we noticed that your device has not used myQNAPcloud for at least 6 months. For security purposes, your device will be removed from myQNAPcloud 30 days from receiving this notice. myQNAPcloud strongly prioritizes the security and confidentiality of your information. To keep your device active on myQNAPcloud,sign in using your QID account on your NAS and register your device using the existing device name option. We appreciate the opportunity to serve your needs, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again at some point in the future.
If you receive the above message, this explains two situations

The mentioned devices has not updated the information to myQNAPcloud service in over 6 months, you can follow the procedures below to check the last update time of the mentioned device:
- Login myQNAPcloud service by www.myqnapcloud.com
- Find Device Management > My Devices and Click on the mentioned device.
- Click on Device Detail tab, you can find the last update time.

The myQNAPcloud device name you chose for remote connection (for example: MYQNAPDEV.myqnapcloud.com) is still valid under your account but will be soon be released in 30 days if you don't sign in myQNAPcloud service with the same device name on any of your NAS. Follow the procedures below to continue using the service:
- Login the QTS as an administrator
- Open myQNAPcloud
- Find Overview > Get Started
- Sign in your QNAP ID
- Reuse the existing device name
- Finish the myQNAPcloud wizard
Message #2
As your device DEVICE_NAME has not been connected to myQNAPcloud for the last 6 months, it was automatically removed from our system at yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss (GMT +HH:MM) to protect your privacy. Your DNS and other services provided by myQNAPcloud will no longer be available. Please refer to our FAQ for more information.
If you receive the above message, this explains two situations

The mentioned devices has not updated the information to myQNAPcloud service in over 6 months. (Actually it has been 30 days after we're-writing-to-you mail), the information of the mentioned device has been removed, in other words, You can not find the mentioned device under Device Management > My Devices in myQNAPcloud service.

The myQNAPcloud device name you chose is now free for everyone use. If you wish to continue to use the same domain name, you can follow the procedures below to register your NAS and try to reuse the same device name if the name is not taken by another person.
- Login the QTS as an administrator
- Open myQNAPcloud
- Find Overview > Get Started
- Sign in your QNAP ID
- Reuse the released device name
- Finish the myQNAPcloud wizard
