Why cannot the Surveillance Station and VioStor NVR support H.265 video format

Solution

The Surveillance Station and VioStor NVR series are old surveillance products; the software structure is limited so it is not possible to have the new H.265 video format support. If necessary, user can consider next-generation solutions: QVR Pro or QVR Elite.
