Why I cannot activate the QVR Pro Gold license on my QVP appliance?

All QVP models already contained all advanced features so it cannot activate the QVR Pro Gold license.
Therefore, please refund the incompatible license first then repurchase the compatible QVR Pro Additional Channels license product for the QVP from our Software Store.
