If NAS firmware still keeps in old 3.x , the issue would happen - user could enter the account name and password on login windows and login successfully but the display screen would be stuck because it would try to get some unavailable information from web site. The solution is to use “QNAP Qfinder pro” to upgrade firmware to the latest QTS system (FW 4.x.x) and the new QTS system will be able to login smoothly.
