How do I know which service/process is occupying the resource?

Resource Monitor

You can know which process occupies the resources by sorting the CPU Usage and Memory usage in Resource Monitor.

Follow the procedures below:

Login QTS as administrators
Open Resource Monitor
Click on Processes
Sort the processes by CPU Usage and Memory
Find out the process which occupies the most CPU Usage and Memory
