What to do if the APPs can't be installed and update in App center

If you are not able to update or install a new app in the NAS, while no error messages have been received, just that the update/installing process has stopped for some unknown reason.
Diagnosis
Here are some situations that may cause the problems.
- The NAS was locked by some process.
- Libraries are missing or damaged in QTS firmware.
- Strange Apps found in App Center and Malware remover is not installed.
Resolution
- Reboot the NAS
- Upgrade to or reinstall the latest firmware
- Find and download the QPKG of Malware remover in QNAP APP center, then manually install the QPKG file in the NAS.
