After update to firmware 4.5.1 HD player is not able to play my Videos

4.5.1 and above
After you update to the firmware 4.5.1 or higher, please install the APP Caying MediaSign and enable the Basic license (for free) in the app License center. This will install the necessary codecs in your NAS to play your videos normally using HD player.
