Download Station stopped showing search results, how to fix it?

This problem might be caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking BitTorrent connections on their network. If you find that your search results always come up empty we suggest trying it through a VPN connection first.
If you tried to search the result though VPN however the issue persists,please help to open a ticket by QNAP Service Portal and share us the screenshots of what you see.
