Qsync Client displayed the error "The user has been blocked"

If Qsyn Client displays the error "The user has been blocked" and you are not able to sync your computer files with the NAS, this could be caused because the “Home Folder”  is disable or has some problem.

 

Please go to “Control Panel > Privilege > Users” and click on the button “Home Folders”. If disabled, please enable it. In case that is already enabled. Please disable it and then enable it again.
