Trying to connect to QTS UI on browser but it shows “save quick.cgi ?”

Applied Firmware:

  • 4.2.6 or old versions

 

Perhaps the QTS webpage was damaged and please try to update to latest.

Firmware via QNAP Qfinder Pro (or manual update via putty). After firmware is updated, access the UI of QTS again and see if the issue is resolved. If still not fixed, please contact helpdesk and provide the remote session for debugging.
