Why does my Hyper Data Protector show “Unexpected system error. Contact the QNAP support team if the issue persists. (Error code:-964)” if I create and run two HBS 3 one-way sync jobs to the same remote shared folder?

In an HBS 3 one-way sync job, the setting “Remove additional files in destination folder” is enabled by default and cannot be disabled. This setting deletes any file in the destination folder that does not exist in the source folder of the sync job.
For this reason, if you create two one-way sync jobs with the same destination folder, the files transferred by the first one-way sync job would be deleted by the second one-way sync job when the second job runs, which would cause the error in Hyper Data Protector.
To avoid this problem, do not create two or more one-way sync jobs with the same remote shared folder as the destination folder.
