Why HBS prompt warning "Failed to create Multiple Versions" when creating backup job to external drive?

QTS 4.4.1 Firmware Versions and later
HBS 3 v16 and later

Backup versioning does not support FAT32 and exFAT file system format. The external drive will need to be formated into NTFS format.
