Why do I get an error "folder doesn't support sync" when set a pair folder in Qsync Client?

If you see an error, This folder does not support sync, when you set the pair folder in Qsync client. The reason should be the paired folder selecting in Windows or macOS doesn't meet the folder requirements.
Modify the pair folder setting to meet the requirements below.

In Windows

Folders on NTFS drives.

Any folder that is not a C:\ or D:\ drive root directory or the Windows home directory (\user\username).

Any folder that is not a parent or child folder of
- OneDrive’s files-on-demand synchronization
- iCloud Drive
- Dropbox
- Qsync’s Space-Saving Mode

In macOS
