How to check the Filesystem format using Command line?

There are situations in which it needs to check the filesystem format, for example for an External HDD which format is not displayed in the WEB GUI (For example old firmware which does not display it in the Web GUI). To do it you can run the following command:
[~] # mount | grep "^/dev"
