Service Bindings are used to bind services to a specific network interface on QTS system. By default - service binding is off, all services are available on all network interfaces.
If set some service selected on LAN 1 checked and LAN 2 unchecked, it means the service could serve via LAN 1 - the NAS is still accessible (user can connect the service via LAN 1).
For example, If using FTP service in LAN 2 and SSH service in LAN 1, this will let you access FTP service through LAN 2 and accessing SSH service through LAN 1.
