[QmediatvOS/AndroidTV/FireOS] Why can't I connect to the NAS?

Scenarios:
I have put the correct login credentials but it keeps failing to log in to the NAS.
Solution:
Could you use the same account to log in to your NAS web admin interface via a computer and then check if 1. Music Station, 2. Photo Station and 3. Video Station, all function properly? If you have any issue with any of those Stations, could you try rebooting the NAS to see if the issue can be fixed afterward?
