Explanation
You can create a link for multiple items (including files and folders) in your space and share this link with others. When you share folders with other QNAP IDs, you can choose to grant edit permission or view-only permission. The recipient can access the shared items via the shared link sent by email or go to the Shared with Me page on the myQNAPcloud website. Additionally, you can now share with anyone who does not have a QNAP ID by choosing the Anyone with the link option.
Note
- Only users with a valid subscription plan can create, share, and configure extra shared link settings, such as accessibility and expiration dates.
- You cannot share any items within your Personal Vault.
Procedure
- Go to https://www.myqnapcloud.com/
- Log in with your QNAP ID.
- Select the files or folders you would like to share and click the Share icon on the menu.
- Select a permission option for this shared link:
- Anyone with the link
- Can read - Anyone on the internet with this link can only view and download the shared items.
- Can edit - Anyone on the internet with this link can view and download the shared items. If anonymous user would like to edit the shared link, they must log in with their QNAP ID.
- Only invited QNAP ID:
- Can read - QNAP IDs with this permission can only view and download the shared items.
- Can edit - QNAP IDs with this permission can upload new files to the shared folder and download, re-share, or delete files from the shared folder.
- Specify the people or QNAP IDs and Group of the recipients.
- (Optional) Set the Expiration Date.
- (Optional) Click Copy Link and paste the link to messages or other places for the recipient to access the link.
- Click Share. All the recipients will receive an email with the shared link.

- 前往 https://www.myqnapcloud.com/

- 仅限受邀的QNAP ID:
- 可阅读 - 拥有此权限的QNAP ID只能查看和下载共享项目。
- 可编辑 - 拥有此权限的QNAP ID可以向共享文件夹上传新文件，并从共享文件夹下载、重新共享或删除文件。
- 指定收件人的人员或QNAP ID和组。
- （可选）设置到期日期。
- （可选）点击复制链接并将链接粘贴到消息或其他地方以供收件人访问链接。
- 点击共享。所有收件人将收到包含共享链接的电子邮件。
