Procedure
After signing up for a QNAP ID, you can instantly get a free cloud storage space.
myQNAPcloud Portal
- Go to www.myqnapcloud.com
- Sign in with your QNAP ID.
- Select myQNAPcloud Storage from the left menu.
- Click Create Space.
- Select a region where you want to store your data.
- Click Subscribe.
You can then go back to the myQNAPcloud portal and starting using the cloud storage.
HybridMount (1.11.4008 or later versions)
- Click Create Remote Mount in Mount Management.
- Choose to create File Cloud Gateway or Cloud Drive Mount.
- Select myQNAPcloud Storage from the cloud service list.
- Sign in with your QNAP ID.
- Click Search, and then click Get Free Space if you have never got a free space with this QNAP ID.
- Select a region where you want to store your data.
- Click Subscribe.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
HBS 3 Hybrid Backup Sync (22.0.0511 or later versions)
- Create a Backup or Sync job.
- Select myQNAPcloud Storage from the Cloud Server list.
- Sign in with your QNAP ID.
- Click Get Free Space if you have never got a free space with this QNAP ID.
- Select a region where you want to store your data.
- Click Subscribe.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
