Solution
Qfile makes mobile NAS management easier. Install the app on your iOS or Android mobile device to browse, manage, and share files stored on your QNAP NAS.
You can create a download link that gives other users direct access to your shared files. Recipients can then choose to view or download your file without needing to log on as users to your NAS.
- Open Qfile Pro and find the file or folder you want to share, tap the right 3 dots.
- Tap Sharing Link
Then Creating a Share link screen appears.
- Configure the following settings.
Field Description Link Name Tap and then edit the link name Tap and then edit the link name Share Link Tap and then select the domain name or IP address from the list Allow file upload to this folder Enable to allow link recipients to upload their own files Secure Login (SSL) Enable to use HTTPS in the share link Password Protection Type a password Set Expiration Date Tap and set expiration date - Tap Create
The Share links appears, tap the icon at top-right to share to other apps or copy link.
