Should i enable standby function?

Enabling Standby mode can save power as putting the disk in standby mode consumes less power, however, the standby mode might not be good for disk healthy as the wear and tear happen a lot more during hard disk spin-up and spin-down comparing to constantly spinning. Recommend setting up Power Schedule but turning off Disk Standby mode.
