Grace Period
Your recordings in myQNAPcloud Surveillance will remain accessible for 30 days after your license expires. During this grace period, you can view, download, or delete those recordings. However, the recordings will be permanently deleted from myQNAPcloud Surveillance after the 30-day grace period.
Example
A user purchased a monthly 1080p myQNAPcloud Surveillance license for event recordings, provided by a myQNAPcloud server in Tokyo, Japan. The user decided to unsubscribe from the license 5 days into the next subscription cycle, meaning they had already paid for that month before canceling.

Important
- The license subscription time follows the UTC time zone. Please check your subscription details in UTC time to determine the exact deletion schedule for your recordings.
- After you cancel a license, it cannot be reactivated. Purchase a new license and assign it to the channel instead.
If Renewal Payment Fails
When the QNAP Software Store can't collect your renewal fee, we immediately start the 30-day grace period and retry the charge once per day for up to 7 days:

重要
- 许可证的订阅时间遵循 UTC 时区。请在 UTC 时间 中查看您的订阅详情，以确定录音的具体删除时间。
- 取消许可证后，它 无法重新激活。请购买新的许可证并将其分配给频道。
如果续费支付失败
当 QNAP 软件商店无法收取您的续费时，我们会立即开始 30 天宽限期，并在 较多 7 天内每天重试一次：
