Why can't I disable admin account?

Here are two possible reasons:

You are logging QTS as admin to disable admin
- logout and login with another administrator user to disable admin account.
Users setting in Account Access Protection is now “all non-admin user”.
- Set Users setting to “All non-administrators group users” to proceed in disabling admin account.
Find User setting Account Access Protection in Control Panel > System > Security > Account Access Protection
