Why does Box report accessing from Amazon AWS IP when I run a backup job to BOX by Hybrid Backup Sync?

If you go to your Box “User_activity” and you find some IP from Amazon AWS services, this is completely normal.
HBS3 does use AWS OAuth api to access BOX, So for this reason AWS IP will appear there.
So if your BOX plan allows them to block or only allow certain IP access, and you restrict them. It could cause authentication errors. So if you meet this problem, you will need to allow AWS IP to access BOX.
