Why is 3rd party player not shown in Qvideo iOS version

Answer:
Qvideo for iOS doesn’t support myQNAPcloud Link. Thus, if Qvideo is connecting the NAS over myQNAPcloud Link, 3rd party players will not be listed in the list. By sliding out the left menu in Qvideo, users can check what’s the connection method in used as shown in the picture below.
