Why the Qfinder Pro in MacOS seems no network at all even NAS can connect in browser or SMB?

MacOS escalated it's security level, software without permission will be banned from network accessing.
Please grant the permission in MAC control panel:
MAC Control Panel > Setting > Privacy & Security > Local Network > Allow "Qfinder Pro".
