Not able to remove some folders in a NTFS HDD connected to the NAS

If you have an Externa HDD formatted in NFTS and when you try to remove some of the folders with File Station, you get errors and the folders are not removed, this could be caused because some of the files in those folders could be corrupted and the NAS is not able to delete them.
In this case please eject the external hard drive from the NAS and plug it in a computer and try to remove the files with a computer.
