How do I check if the NAS is slow?

If you are experiencing the NAS is slow, follow the procedures below

Login NAS as an administrator

Go to Control Panel > System > Resource Monitor
- Click on Processes then Enable Group by Application
- Sort the processes by CPU usage/Memory and find out which application use the most of CPU and Memory resource.
- Go to App Center, disable the indicated app
- Check if the CPU and Memory Usage become normal
- Repeat step 2 - step 4
