How do I check if the NAS is slow?

If you are experiencing the NAS is slow, follow the procedures below

Login NAS as an administrator
Go to Control Panel > System > Resource Monitor
1. Click on Processes then Enable Group by Application
1. Sort the processes by CPU usage/Memory and find out which application use the most of CPU and Memory resource.
2. Go to App Center, disable the indicated app
3. Check if the CPU and Memory Usage become normal
4. Repeat step 2 - step 4
