Why I cannot use the NAS server name to find & access NAS device?

Please use Qfinder tool login NAS web UI as admin account in browser first, open NAS Control Panel > Network & File Services > Service Discovery > Bonjour tab, check whether the NAS has enabled Bonjour service, NAS web and SAMBA services.
