Why did I fail to playback recording on QVR Pro Client under Windows?

Applicable products:
- All NAS series that support QVR Pro feature
- If the video is H.265 format, purchase and installi the video extension on Windows is required. There will be a popup “HEVC Video Extensions” purchase notification when trying to play the video.
- When the playback is more than 14 days of recordings, the QVR Pro Gold or QVR Pro Unlimited Playback license is required.
