I have bought a McAfee license from QNAP Store but failed to add it on my NAS.
Solution:

Make sure the license type is for QTS. If you bought a McAfee license but it is for QuTScloud, it is not possible to add in QTS NAS system. You must return the wrong license and then re-purchase the compatible license for QTS. If your NAS is not an x86 NAS, it is not possible to add the McAfee license because the NAS does not support the McAfee application.

The McAfee app has not been installed on the NAS yet, the McAfee license activation can not apply on the app so it will fail.
