Why does Qmail Agent not show other email accounts that have been added?

Overview
When you add an email account to Qmail Agent, that email account becomes associated with your NAS user account. Other NAS users cannot acces this email account in Qmail Agent. Only the NAS user who added the email account has access. Futhermore, this email account cannot be associated with another NAS user account, hence other NAS users cannot add this email account to Qmail Agent.
